Meeting with representatives of the Stability Pact for the Southeastern Europe

The meeting held in Zagreb on October 17 2006 was organized by the ambassador Boris Grgić, the national coordinator of the Stability Pact for the Southeastern Europe in Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integrations of Republic of Croatia, by the occasion of visit of representatives of the Stability Pact for the Southeastern Europe – Mr. Gregor Koessler, the Head of the Office, and Ms. Mary O’Mahony, the Senior economic advisor.

Main goal of the meeting was introduction of results of the so-far work and plans for future work of initiatives and organizations formed under auspice of the Stability Pact, being seated in the Republic of Croatia (the Regional center for gender equity, RACVIAC – Regional Arms Control Verification And Implementation Assistance Centre, the Agency for educative-reform initiatives in Southeastern Europe and the International Sava River Basin Commission). The Secretary of the Sava Commission, Mr. Dejan Komatina, presented the brief report on work of the Sava Commission. He was also invited by the representative of the Stability Pact for the Southeastern Europe to visit the Seat of the Stability Pact in Brussels, for further conversation on future cooperation under the regional initiatives resulting from activities of the Stability Pact for the Southeastern Europe.
